Which sources it reads

Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Google Meet, each read for tasks in its own way.

rememberr only ever catches tasks from the accounts you've connected. Today that's Google (Gmail and Google Meet), Microsoft (Outlook) and Slack.

Written and spoken, both count

Gmail and Outlook get read for tasks made in writing across your threads. Slack gets read for asks made in conversation, in the channels and DMs you grant access to. Google Meet reads the transcript of the meetings you choose, so a task said out loud doesn't vanish the moment the call ends.

One meeting can surface several at once

A single call is rarely about one thing. rememberr reads the whole transcript, so if three different people pick up three different tasks in the same meeting, all three get caught, not just the first one.

The more accounts you connect, the more rememberr catches. Add one whenever you're ready from account settings.
