How rememberr finds your tasks

You type nothing. rememberr reads what comes in and picks out anything that reads like a task.

rememberr scanning your tools for tasks
rememberr reads your tools and surfaces the tasks hiding in them.

As messages land and meetings happen, rememberr reads them for anything that sounds like a task, something you said you'd do, or something someone owes you back. It's not a note-taking tool you have to feed, it works off what's already there.

No typing, no setup per message

There's no button to press before a task counts. The reply you promised in a Slack thread, the deck you agreed to send over email, the thing a colleague said they'd get back to you on in a meeting, rememberr reads all of it the same way, as it happens.

It shows up ready to confirm

Once something's caught, it lands on your review screen with the exact line it came from, so you can see why it counted. From there you keep it or drop it, nothing joins your list without your say-so.

Catching a task isn't the same as adding it to your list. Every catch still goes through your review before it's yours to track.
You can also add a task yourself, any time. See Add a task yourself.
